healthy recipes : Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce

Here is a simple and easy to prepare recipe which is very useful for people looking to lose weight. You can prepare it at home for four people.

Asparagus with Hollandaise sauceingredients:

 - 1 gravy boat of  Hollandaise sauce
 - 2 kg of asparagus
 -  Salt.

 preparation:

 1- Break the end portion (hard) of each asparagus. With a knife, peel the asparagus starting about 2 inches from the head to the base. 
Also remove the fibrous parts, but do not touch the head.

 2- Rinse the peeled asparagus and tie in small bunches.
  
 3- Boil a good amount of salt water. Once it boils, dive into the boots of asparagus and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on their size.
   
 4- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork asparagus. Then Drain the asparagus gently to avoid breakage.

 5- Let the asparagus cool and remove the string boots. 
  
 6- Prepare Hollandaise sauce and keep it warm in a water bath

 7- Finally,  serve hot or warm asparagus, accompanied by a sauceboat of  Hollandaise sauce.
