Looking to lose weight and you skim plans? Have you just tried to drink water? No, you're not seeing things... The potion for losing that excess weight that makes you angry is all around you. Water makes up 2/3 of our beautiful blue planet.
Extreme weight loss and drinking waterIt is true that if you eat well, you are exercising on a frequent and for a suitable time for your body but only if you can not get rid of a little belly, you do not drink any simply not enough water!

It is important to understand our metabolism and focus on the formation of fat in our body. The liver plays an important role in fat digestion and absorption of vitamins. In a simplified way one can say that the liver converts fat into energy. The liver has other functions, but it is one of the main tasks.

Another function of the liver is to take over the kidneys need plenty of water to function properly. If the kidneys are deprived of water, the liver has to do their travails thereby decrease overall productivity. It then can not metabolize fat as quickly and efficiently. If this happens, not only are you being unfair to your liver, but your body will begin to store fat. So you understand, it is necessary to hydrate diet.

Water can also indirectly cause extreme weight loss. Brenda Davy of Virginia Tech conducted a study on the subject. According to her, drinking half a liter of water before meals reduces appetite and thus the absorption of calories. The study shows that drinking water before a meal, we eat an average of 75 fewer calories, which is equivalent to a reduction of 150 calories per day if it is based on two main meals.

A second study on a larger scale was conducted by the team of Dr. Davy. Over a period of 12 months, the team followed a group of 48 overweight people, aged 55 to 75 years. The study showed that those who drank a liter of water before each meal in combination with diet lost 41% more weight than those who only followed the diet.

The criticism of the study is rather positive, the effect is shown even if it is not huge. The focus should be on strict diet.

The answer to the question 'Are water helps to extreme weight loss' is undoubtedly 'yes', but other factors also come into play.
         -  Drink water for extreme weight loss is only effective in combination with a good diet.
         -  The influence of water consumption is not very important, but it can make a difference of a few
            pounds in the long term.
         - If there is still no conclusive evidence of the relationship between water consumption and increased
metabolism, drinking water helps to eat less.

It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. Water should not be considered a miracle product, but as an essential complement to a healthy diet and fitness regime.
